Spaces Where Children Thrive

Kenyan students recently enjoyed a month-long April school break. During the weeks when school was out, our staff worked diligently to carry out renovations across our campuses, improving the learning environment at both our Mawewa Primary and Chelezo High Schools. 



At Mawewa Primary some of the maintenance work included the installation of new cabinets, painting and window repairs.



At Chelezo, the school received fresh paint, landscaping and essential maintenance work, transforming the appearance of the building and addressing repairs that were long overdue.



In the days leading up to reopening, our teachers and staff also deep cleaned the school buildings and organized classrooms in preparation to receive our learners once again. Our students were excited when they returned from break to step into classrooms that had been refreshed and renewed. 



Our Kenyan staff on the ground takes great pride in creating a safe, welcoming environment which sets the tone for learning.
