A note from Michael, Deputy Kenya Director

A note from Michael, Deputy Kenya Director

As we come to the close of this year, my heart is full of gratitude for the incredible ways God continues to move through our schools. Serving as Head of Schools has allowed me to see firsthand how His grace transforms lives each day.

What we are witnessing goes far beyond academics. God is shaping hearts, restoring hope, and revealing new possibilities for our children and teachers. It is a story of redemption unfolding before our eyes.

I am especially encouraged by our holistic approach to education, where our relationship with learners at eduKenya goes deeper than the classroom. We walk with them as friends, mentors, and encouragers. I am deeply moved when our students feel safe to share their stories, knowing they will be received with love and understanding rather than judgment.

In those sacred moments, we are able to meet them where they are and offer the kind of support that changes lives.

As I reflect on this journey, I am grateful for how our teams across the schools continue to live out eduKenya’s mission of walking with the community in faith and excellence. God is not only transforming our schools through this work. He is transforming us as well. Together we are learning to serve with humility, to persevere with resilience, and to hope with confidence in the God who makes all things new.

In Him,

Michael Miangi
Deputy Kenya Director & Head of Education
